This BMW has been owned by the same person for 20 years and it has been perfectly taken care of, and therefore it is in excellent condition. You can see the 20 years of carfax service and maintenance records attached here in the pictures section. The car has been taken to the original BMW of San Diego for service and maintenance regularly for all those 20 years. I got this car in around March of 2020 and I spent quite a bit of money as I had no plans to sell it, but now I need to sell it unfortunately. The last pictures attached are the invoices for the list of things which were done after I got the car, and as shown on the invoices I spent about 9K. Timing chain, all suspensions, A/C compressor, fan, both control arms, both wheel hubs, battery and more are all renewed as you can see in attached invoices. All tires are replaced with new ones at 201K milage and receipt is attached. After all these fixings the car is in perfect condition, and everything is functional. This car is a very rare gem, and I had no plans to sell it when I got it and that is why I spent quite a bit after I bought it. In-car entertainment (radio, audio system, satellite navigation, television and communications systems) Safety features include ASC+T traction control, headlight washers and auto-leveling low beam xenon HID headlamps. Side tubular airbags (called "Head Protection System") Electronic Damper Control (called EDC III), power moonroof, rain-sensing wipers, dual zone climate control, electric drivers seat adjustment and electric steering wheel adjustment. The title is clean. We started with a 14K price initially as we invested a lot in this car, but we must sell it due to some personal reasons and therefore we reduced the price and it is priced to sell. Though we need to sell it we will not sell it for a very low price after spending quite a bit of money as seen in the attached receipts.
