Vehicle Description
For sale in our Detroit Showroom is this highly rare 1925 Packard
Model 136 Opera Coupe. Packard vehicles were highly competitive in
the highly priced American luxury car market and were known for
their well designed and built engines. This 1925 Packard retains
its original 357.8 cubic inch straight eight engine which produces
84 horsepower and was the engine that replaced the previous Packard
V12. Backing up the large engine is the original 3-speed manual
transmission with floor shifter. This Packard is in good condition
and is a fantastic driver with great potential to be a mint
vehicle. The Black and Blue paint on the vehicle was re-done at
some point and shows very well on this big fender Packard which is
matched well with the red pin striping, the large polished
headlights, and the rear mounted full-size spare. The outside of
the vehicle is matched very well to the interior of the car in
black leather and is also in good original condition. This 1925
Packard was owned by Harrah's National Automobile Museum from 1966
through 1984 and there is documentation showing a detailed
description of condition and options from the time that it was
purchased. This 1925 Packard Opera Coupe is a great 20's classic
that is ready for years of enjoyment. To view this fantastic
