I purchased this Tahoe in 2013 from the original owner with an odometer reading of 253,000 miles from a former U.S. Navy Officer. To-date, over $40,000.00 has gone into the Tahoe's restoration including a new GM 5.7 Vortex Crate Engine, Fuel Injection System, Transmission, Brake System, AC System, Front End and Gear Box, Grill and Lights, Rear Bumper, Dual Batteries, Wheels (2 full sets of stock GM wheels and GoodYear Tires), Suspension, Electronics, Stereo Sound System, and Interior (i.e., sound insulation, carpet, leather seats) just to mention a few. Additionally, the 4-wheel drive has seen little use over its lifetime (majority miles are freeway miles). Lastly, a 3 Ring Binder stores 21 years of documented GM maintenance/restoration receipts.
