This car is fresh! Complete frame-off, high-end, resto-mod
restoration completed by Kenny Davis Hot Rods of Rogers AK.
Restoration was just completed July 2020 and has had only 175 test
miles put on it since completion. There isn't a square inch on this
car that hasn't been touched.
EXTERIOR: WOW is this car slick! It just has the look with the
flat-top roof-line, muscle car stance and those wheels! The car is
an original AZ rust-free sheet-metal body. The body is arrow
straight with a top quality, high-gloss paint job. There is even
chip protector behind the rear wheels to maintain the beauty of the
paint. The car was a bare shell, completely apart and painted
right! All new weather stripping, hardware, sill plates, etc.. The
chrome is new, the grill looks new, the trim around the front and
rear glass looks new. Side trim was blacked out. Windshield looks
new. Has very cool Budnik wheels that cost $6,000!!
INTERIOR: I love this interior! Very modern with a vintage plaid
seat insert. The entire interior was gutted, the inside of the
shell was painted and Dyna Matt was applied for a quieter, less
tinny more sound modern feel inside before intalling the new custom
interior. Has 62 Chevy bucket seats, custom made center console
with the Lokar shifter and controls for the Ride-tech air-ride
suspension with digital read-out, custom door panels, custom
headliner, has chrome tilt steering column with a Budnik steering
wheel. The dash has been modernized with digital Dakota Dash
gauges, modern heat / Air cond. controls. A/C blows cold!
Everything inside is new!
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: New! Everything is new and highly detailed. The
firewall was smoothened and painted high-gloss black with the same
care and the rest of the body. The inner fenders were painted with
a semi-gloss finish. The engine is a fully rebuilt 383 stroker
motor, has an aluminum intake, the entire engine was painted and
clear coated with a gun and looks wet! the air cleaner lid was
painted with a gun. The radiator is a custom radiator painted with
a gun, the upper and lower radiator hoses are hard-lined for a
clean look. Has electric fan with a high gloss shroud, polished
overflow tank. Polished Wilwood master cylinder with meticulously
bent brake-lines, has billet drive assembly, chrome alternator and
polished A/C compressor. When you look at the bottom of the engine
bay you'll notice all the suspension was pulled apart, rebuilt and
power coated. It also has suspension upgrades and tubular A-arms
and a close ration modern steering box. The wiring is all new and
UNDERSIDE: Everything is new and well detailed. The original
rust-free floors were painted with the same spray used in bedliners
for an easy to clean and durable finish. The entire frame was
powder-coated. The bottom side of the engine is painted gloss
orange, has new 4L70 automatic trans. All the suspension is new and
upgraded. Has Ride-tech air-ride with ShockWaves airbags / shock
absorbers. Tubular front suspension, custom rear suspension with
rear sway-bar. Has 4 wheel disc brakes with Corvette Calipers,
cross drilled front rotors. New Exhaust, all new hardware, gas
TRUNK: The trunk is well detailed and upholstered to match the
interior. Any exposed body areas are painted the same high-gloss
finish as the rest of the car, new trunk rubber.
If you paid a shop to build you this car it would run you deep into
the 6 figures and you'd have to wait probably close to 2 years,
