This 1977 Jeep CJ5 has been given investments for plenty of added
ruggedness. And as you take a closer look at this V8-powreerd 4x4,
you'll see that the investments in strength also add a ton of
style.
The paint on the body instantly grabs your attention, because it
isn't really paint. Instead, this is covered in the same gray liner
coating that's usually reserved for protecting truck beds. Not only
does it look cool, but it's quite a thoughtful application. That's
why the fenders are done in the same coating, but finished in
black. It looks nice against the gray body, and it's particularly
well-coordinated when the newer black soft top and doors are in
place. There's plenty more of that tough go-anywhere Jeep spirit in
places like the lifted suspension and fabricated steel brush guard.
Plus, you even have room for a bit of brightwork within this
function on places like the bright tubular rear bumper, side
mirrors, and Mickey Thompson polished 15-inch wheels.
The interior continues this robust and upgraded attitude. You have
useful features, like the cup holder center console that doubles as
a lockbox with the AM/FM/CD stereo. And the custom dash has cool
CJ5 logos cut out for the speaker grilles. You have high-back
bucket seats, seatbelts, a padded roll bar, and a tilt steering
column. The shifter has a cool fragmentation grenade
(non-operational) for a topper, and the dash is full of all the
essential gauges you need for when you're enjoying this Jeep to the
fullest.
You'll love lifting the hood just to show off the bold
copper-colored block. And you can also see they built this V8
correctly. It includes the upgraded Gilmer pulley system, steel
braided hoses, and an aluminum radiator w/electric fans. This 304
cubic-inch V8 fires up strong with a muscular rumble. And this
built sound is also aided by the headers feeding those side pipes.
The three-speed manual transmission feeds the two-speed transfer
case and seriously beefy axles at both ends. And those BF Goodrich
All-Terrain T/As have a deep tread for proper 4x4 work. And the
power brakes with discs up front are nice no matter if you're on
the street or trail.
This CJ has a ton of appeal. The sale even comes with the rear seat
and rear tire carrier if you so desire. So it's a stacked deal on a
truly rugged Jeep. Call today!!!
