1979 MGB Convertible Looking for a happy home for this 40+ year old
vehicle! This convertible is a beauty- every time I take her for a
drive it catches the attention of passersby. This is an ideal buy
for someone wanting a classic roadster for a nice sunny day. Prices
for these vary considerably but I have found this value to be in
line with vehicles with similar conditions. My father purchased at
an auction in 2003 and it's sit for most of the last 15 years (he
passed away in 2004). Aesthetically, I put 10k into the exterior
and interior in 2005, including the original green paint, leather
finishes and convertible top. This year I got the engine running
again and replaced many parts of the engine to get it road ready.
There are SEVERAL blemishes but considering it's older than most
cars running today, it's still in wonderful shape! She's not 100%
waterproof and in general, not recommended to be out in the rain
but I do have a cover so it can be parked outside. It's registered
as an antique so the taxes are super affordable! I'm waiting on the
mechanic to get a full list of updated parts. *Traditional VIN
didn't start until after this car is made, so unfortunately no way
