HIGHLIGHTS: This is a unique rad-era performance car suited to the
needs of anybody looking for a little automotive excitement when
behind the wheel of a unique car. This car packs plenty
American-Made homegrown horsepower under the hood thanks to a 5.7L
Fuel-Injected V8. Not only is this car's styling very indicative of
the trends of the '80s, it has an easily recognizable look that is
very distinct compared even to its Chevrolet counterpart.
BODY OVERVIEW: The body on this Pontiac is as nice as one would
expect a car with 66,000 miles to be. This car has been driven as a
fun/toy vehicle, and escaped abuse by being stored for quite a
while. It is clear this car has not been used and abused and has
truly been cared for.
PAINT CONDITION OVERVIEW: The paint is just as nice as the body it
is wrapped around! This car has been repainted, and appears to have
seen very little use since it was done. It is very slick and glossy
paint! Something about the white really makes this Firebird pop.
.
INTERIOR CONDITION OVERVIEW: The interior condition is very nice
for a domestic car of this era. The gray cloth is a great choice
against the white paint. Almost surprisingly, the interior soft
goods and hard plastics are all intact. All of that glorious late
20-th-century technology is still functional too! The digital dash
and instruments are functioning properly and are simply too cool.
Even the digital odometer readout is operating correctly!
MECHANICAL OVERVIEW: This Pontiac runs smoothly and has a subtle,
but menacing exhaust note. It sounds great and has just enough
rumble. It drives and handles like...an American muscle car from
the 1980s. And boy is it a blast to drive! Plus, this car has the
sought-after WS6 suspension package.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THIS CAR: This car embodies everything the
American performance car market was chasing during the time period
in which it was built. If you want a car that will capture what GM
was during the late 1980s, this is the car for you.
WHAT YOU MIGHT HATE ABOUT THIS CAR: If you're not interested in
anything past the 1970s being a "classic" or "collectible," this
puppy won't do it for you.
DOES IT NEED ANYTHING? A new home!
WHAT BUYER IS LOOKING FOR THIS CAR? Anyone who can appreciate the
end of an era for American muscle cars-or the beginning of a new
one-will want this car. If you were a teenager in the 1980s, this
car should be especially interesting to you! Additionally, if you
like Knight Rider, there should certainly be some kind of
appeal.
