Vehicle Description
1971 Chevy Camaro Z28 This numbers-matching 2nd gen Z28 is my
specialty in the unique and hard to find, I can offer you
one-of-a-kind opportunity like this pristine Z28, with ( bullet
proof Canada limited GM documentation). Featuring rotisserie
restoration , power by the original LT1-350 turbo fire V8, an
original TH400 3peed transmission and correct Mulsanne blue paint,
this super clean, investment grade muscle car will take you right
back to the high octane summer of 1971! A lot of effort was put
into making sure the car's body is extremely straight and
sheetmetal that's completely wave-free. That time was well spent,
as excellent panel gaps perfectly center hinged pieces which move
freely and close with solid. Correct Mulsanne blue and Tuxedo Black
basecoat that's been sealed in a rugged clearcoat shell and buffed
to a spectacular shine. This Z sports a high profile ducktail hangs
a correct "Z28" emblem above chrome-trimmed tail lights, a straight
chrome bumper and bright chrome exhaust tips. Many bowtie buffs
rave about the first generation Z/28 and Chevrolet's legendary DZ
302. But in reality, the LT-1 350 found under this Camaro's hood is
a much better engine. Wearing a correct 3970010 casting number, a
TH400 exclusive "CGC" suffix stamp and a correct vin number, this
awesome small block twists stout 9 to 1 compression into an even
330 horsepower and massive 360 lb./ft. of torque! At the top of
that hot mill, wind is forced through a fully detailed,
dual-snorkel air cleaner to a familiar Holley carburetor and
correct Winter intake. At the sides of that intake, finned aluminum
valve covers loom fresh Packard TV R Suppression cables over
correct, cast iron exhaust manifolds. At the back of those valve
covers, a standard points distributor rides beside a fully
functional wiper motor and a gold Delco Moraine brake booster.
Cooling is provided by a heavy duty radiator, which sends water
past a correctly shrouded fan via pliable GM hoses and reproduction
tower clamp
