Offering a more focused driving experience, Lamborghini's Diablo SV
was introduced in 1995. With its 5.7-litre V-12 producing 510 bhp
and 580 nm of torque, performance was astonishing, with the SV
boasting a 3.9 second sprint to 60 mph from a standstill, leading
to a top speed of 191 mph. These cars were differentiated by their
adjustable rear spoiler, revised engine lid with roof mounted
air-scoops, and slightly larger front brakes. Most cars, like the
example here, featured an attractive Alcantara interior only adding
to its focused nature.
According to its original service book, this Diablo SV was
delivered new to Crescenzo Grasso through Autocentro Service S.R.L
of Mercogliano, Italy on March 25, 1999. Finished in its original
shade of Rosso over an attractive colour scheme of Nero Alcantara
seats and dashboard with Rosso carpeting, the car is also
highlighted by red-painted, deep-dish wheels. Its only
modifications from factory specification include a modern Sony
stereo with upgraded speakers and a trunk-mounted amplifier.
Importantly, the car retains its original keys, tool kit, manuals,
and the aforementioned original service book.
Showing under 35,000 km, with less than 3,000 km driven in the last
nine years, it presents as a well looked after Diablo and following
a service, it would be a thrill to drive and enjoy on the open
road.
