1970 914/4 1.7L 5-speed manual survivor in very good shape. All original, excellent early example (built 08/70). Runs great and very fun to drive. Car has been in my family in storage for 20-years. Brought back to life last year with complete replacement of the fuel system, rebuilt calipers, rotors, and tires. Original fuel tank was restored by Auto Atlanta. All gauges, signals, and lights are working except the odometer which just stopped working with 26k original miles. Wipers, horn, original radio, pop-up head lights, and windows all working. Targa top is in great shape. Always stored indoors.
Here are the known issues: odometer stopped, 2 small windshield cracks, 1 crack in dashboard, glove box door not correct, a few minor dents/scratches, small tear in driver side door panel, lower body panels need tightened up, rubber seal at windshield/top is ripped but still seals good, one wheel cover dented. All very minor for a 50-year old survivor.
