VIN: 1Z37T3S409323, Built November 1972.

The 5th digit "T" in the VIN indicates this is a Real L82 350ci, which is the High Performance version of the 350ci. for this year. The engine was rebuilt to accommodate running Unleaded gas. A larger Cam was spec'd to increase the horsepower from 250hp to 275hp and installed during the rebuild, however it has not been confirmed by a Dynamometer test. An electronic distributor was also installed for more reliable and consistent operation.

This car was a barn find sold to a Dealer prior to restoration. I was told it had not been driven since 1988 as suggested by the Connecticut Emissions Test Program Front window tag, dated Jul 15, 1988 (See Picture)

The car was NOT repainted during the restoration, however the paint overall is in very good condition, it has some scratches and chips as expected of a 49 year old vehicle. There is also a blemish/scratch on the front nose above the lights on the passenger side.
