Just arrived 2003 Mustang Mach I with Cobra Jet............. The
high-revving, all-aluminum 4.6-liter V-8 from FoMoCo is a naturally
aspirated 32-valve engine specific to the Mach 1 and takes full
advantage of the large shaker hood scoop to deliver peak
performance. With dual overhead camshafts and a 10.1:1 compression
ratio, the 281-cubic-inch mill was rated at an impressive 305
horsepower at 5,800 rpm and 320 lb-ft at 4,200 rpm. With a redline
of 6,800, these sonorous V-8s are at their best when coupled to the
Tremec 3650 five-speed manual transmission, like the example
offered here. The powertrain is said to still have all assembly
markings from original manufacture and is free of oil leaks, smoke
or other issues and performs as new. Even the engine bay appears as
if it just rolled off the assembly line. This is a car that is a
rare collectible with the Rare Shaker Hood one year only very
desirable. Beautiful Paint, Interior and Body looks, runs and
drives Fantastic!!! Low miles just 56,126 ........... 2003 Ford
