Hello! Up for sale is my gorgeous 1966 Ford Mustang 350-GT convertible recreation.
The body is in excellent condition with a gorgeous bright blue paint and the GT-350 striping. This is a ‘C’ Code V8 mustang with a 302 HP V8 4 barrel with Cobra valve covers along with new parts and the engine was professionally painted. The engine was detailed with period correct factory stickers. This engine starts like new even after sitting for weeks and always starts in a split second of turning over. The C6 automatic transmission shifts new and smooth. The body of this vehicle is laser straight, the doors shut like new and all the body lines are nice and straight. I recently had extensive work done on the undercarriage to ensure that there were no issues with rust – it’s in great shape all around. All the glass is excellent and the bumpers are original. The chrome mirrors and chrome door handles are like new. This car demands attention and is ready to show off. This car has new Flomaster exhaust system exiting out the GT rear valance {sounds awesome}. The power convertible top works perfect and in excellent condition as well as the convertible boot (please see pics). The Mustang has brand new Cragar rims with new BF Goodrich TA tires and has had a modern power braking system added which greatly increases its safety, especially in wet weather.
The interior is also in very good shape: all seats are the black stock seats (bucket seats in front and bench seat in the back with all seatbelts in good working order). It has with a beautiful custom leather floor console; the carpet and dash are also excellent. There’s a JVC in-dash stereo as well an an aftermarket CD/MP3 player with two front speakers and a subwoofer in the trunk – great sound all around, even with the top down (aftermarket deck can easily be removed if a more stock look is preferred).
All the lights and turn signals work well as do the windshield wipers. If you are in the Seattle / Portland area and are a serious buyer, please come by and inspect the car if you like. If you are considering shipping, there are several reasonably priced insured transportation companies. I will deliver the vehicle locally for shipping pickup as needed.
The title is free and clear with no liens. This is not a perfect, stock show car; it has two minor rips in one seat (that should be fairly easily re-sewn), the aftermarket stereo deck, and newer side mirrors (old, stock side mirrors are also included if you wish to switch back -- this car is driven and enjoyed -- it’s gorgeous and I am very proud of it – I assure you it will turn heads wherever you go.
