1965 Mercedes-Benz 220SEb. Original New Mexico car that has had one
owner from 1977 to last year, and has service records going back to
1973. It has the fuel injected six cylinder engine and the four
speed automatic transmission. The engine was replaced with a
genuine Mercedes-Benz unit at the Santa Fe Mercedes dealer in 1983,
and the transmission was replaced in 1998. Recent service has
included the fuel pump, starter and the battery. It runs and drives
very well, and looks good, though the rear of the car has some
faded paint. The interior has been replaced and is still in mostly
good condition, though there are cracks on the dash and some of the
door pulls. The odometer has turned over, so the true mileage is
unknown, but from a review of the service records I believe it is
245,988 miles. There is some rust under the car that is shown in
