Description:
Talk about a real Gem! This 1960 Ford Thunderbird is a fairly
original! It has all the power options you would want such as power
brakes, steering, windows, seats and top. It was acquired from a
collection where it sat still for the past 4 years. Recent brake
work and tune-up performed. Please watch the test drive and
walk-around video. Convertible top works excellent thanks to
Thunderbird Ranch!
Interior:
The interior is in excellent condition, with little to no wear. All
of the gauges work as they should minus the clock and there are no
foul odors. Door cards show very well as do the gaskets and seals.
All the glass is in great original condition. The interior looks to
be original and preserved very well. The driver's seat is
power-adjustable but the back and forth motor is not moving but you
can hear the motor click.
Exterior:
The exterior is easily a 6.5t o 7-10 in regards to paint quality.
It shows very well, with minor checking from age. All of the chrome
is in good condition. All the exterior lights work as they should!
We love the bullet design of this vehicle! Clean and sleek. Please
take a moment to view our video and enjoy this true time capsule.
White walls. Fender skirts, and a recently serviced power top! What
more could you ask for?
Drivetrain:
Powered by a healthy 352ci v8 with a 4-barrel carb it cruises
easily down the road well! Due to it sitting for the past 4 years
transmission does leak fluid, also it does take a minute for it to
go into gear from a cold start, I believe this should be addressed
before going on a long journey. Brakes are even with no pulling.
The motor does smoke upon cold start-up, but once warm it does not.
Fires up easily. Recent brake work, plugs, and filters. Good solid
retractable top with new parts and service receipts.

Quality Disclaimer
Due to our inventory size, we are unable to drive every vehicle for
long distances. We also cannot guarantee that every gauge, light,
window, horn, option, function, etc., will work as it should.
Please check your local state inspection requirements. We do our
best to inspect these vehicles in every detail and note any
imperfections in the advertisement. Please note that we do not
guarantee any air conditioning systems, gauges, or electrical
systems. Given the nature of the vintage vehicles we sell, these
components will need upkeep or attention. In addition, many times
these vehicles sit for long periods of time and once you begin to
drive them seals harden and gaskets may begin to leak! Classic cars
leak. Please make sure you are comfortable with this before buying
a vintage automobile. The information contained in this ad is
solely for convenience. The description is an opinion only and
should not be considered a complete description of any or all
faults; it may not be relied upon nor taken as fact or otherwise a
representation or warranty of any sort. Please note, we did NOT
build or restore the vehicle. Vehicles are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS
with all faults known/unknown and with no implied warranty.
