This 1967 Pontiac GTO has a big 400 V8 and a great factory-correct
color combo. And as you go thought the pictures, it reveals an
iconic classic where there have been nice investments keeping it a
cool and very vintage muscle machine.
The factory-correct Burgundy is a cool color for a GTO. It has some
of the aggressiveness of red that this muscle car earns. And this
was resprayed later in life to make sure you see the deeper and
more sophisticated tone that gives this one added distinction. The
other reason this coupe stands out is because the sheetmetal looks
exceptional. The crisp lines show off the sharply pointed front
end, curve in the rear fenders, and hint of flying buttress on the
hardtop roofline. And of course, this has all the right pieces that
make you love a '67 GTO, like the hood scoop, chainmesh grille,
exclusive rear end treatment, and Rally II wheel with PMD center
caps.
The worlds of premium and powerful combine inside. There was a nice
investment to make sure that this remains looking vintage. You see
it everywhere from the pattern on the bucket seats, to the correct
GTO badging in the taut door panels. And the dark atmosphere is
nicely warmed up with the premium wood appearance trim on the dash,
steering wheel, and center console. Everything here has a truly
vintage feel, right down to the AM radio that's still on display.
But this also gives you the right GTO performance sensation, too.
That's why you have desirable features like a large tach in the
full round gauge package, and there's a Hurst dual gate
shifter.
Under the hood is Pontiac's mighty 400 cubic-inch V8. It has
correct details like the air grabber and Pontiac's bright turquoise
on the block. But if you look a little closer, you'll see that this
has been upgraded with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor. This
upgrade helps the V8 fire up readily, inhale deeper, and run
strong. There's even a newer brake booster for the power brakes to
keep this one feeling confident on the road. Add in power steering,
front disc brakes, and a three-speed automatic transmission, and
this muscle car coupe is also a fine boulevard cruiser.
This GTO likes to drive and looks good on arrival. That makes for
the kind of package you need to get your hands on right now, call
today!
