For Sale: 2011 Mazda Miata in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Since 1989, Mazda has worked to field one of the world's great
sports cars. This 2011 Miata MX-5 represents the third generation
of their pure performance concept. Such innovations as the
all-aluminum Power Plant Frame keep the Miata ahead of the pack.
The Power Plant Frame (PPF) eliminates drivetrain twist by uniting
the engine, transmission, and differential into a single, rigid
unit. Weight distribution is nearly 50/50, which further aids
handling. A track-tuned independent suspension is the result of
three generations of track-proven racing heritage. Yet this primo
example has been gently adult-driven for only 8940 miles. The
optional Power Retractable Hardtop disappears in just 12 seconds at
the push of a button. It also goes back up in 12 seconds, and it's
weather-tight. Mazda's proven 2.0L all-aluminum DOHC MZR inline
four delivers a robust 167 horsepower to the rear wheels and can
rev comfortably all the way to 7200 rpm. A six-speed manual
transmission allows you full control and maximum fun. Mazda's
thorough engineers took extra care in positioning the shifter for
the ultimate in comfort. The black cloth seats also contribute to
driver comfort, along with air conditioning, power steering,
windows, locks, mirrors, tilt, and cruise. The brakes are
four-wheel anti-lock discs of course, with Electronic Brakeforce
Distribution and reinforced brake lines (another nice track-ready
feature). For audio, you get a rich-sounding AM/FM/MP3 system with
a convenient in-dash 6-CD changer. Thoughtful touches continue even
into the trunk, where you'll find the "Mazda Mobility System," a
neatly packaged collection of items to speed you on your way in the
unlikely event of a flat tire. Those tires are extra load
Continental ExtremeContact Z-rated high performance radials on
stylish 10-spoke aluminum wheels. The color is a just-right Copper
Red metallic that perfectly fits the car's sporty yet refined
personality. Whether you're after an adrenaline rush or just a
relaxing open-air drive, this 2011 Mazda MX-5 Retractable Hardtop
Convertible is ready, willing, and able. Zoom! Zoom!
