1974 Chevrolet Nova
This Nova was originally sold in Dallas, TX and it is believed to have spent its entire life in the DFW area. The body is in great shape and the paint has a show quality PPG mirror finish. The car is fitted with all of the original chrome and stainless trim pieces. Blacked out wheels give this muscle car an aggressive look and stance.
The original 350 has been replaced with a LT1 350 along with a 4L60E automatic transmission. The engine starts right up and runs smooth. It has been fitted with Street & Performance ceramic coated custom shorty headers into an X pipe with Magnaflow stainless mufflers that deliver a powerful sound. The original 10 bolt rear end was sand blasted and painted with PPG PD90 paint. It has a limited slip differential with 3:42 gear ratio and the tubes were welded into the differential. The suspension has been entirely reworked as well with the sub frame disassembled, sand blasted and painted. All bushings were replaced with PST Poly Graphite Bushings and the rear leaf springs were reworked with an extra leaf and Poly Graphite Bushings as well. The car was also fitted with front (1 1/8" PST) and rear (7/8" PST) sway bars. The electrical now consists of a Painless 18 circuit wiring harness and a Street & Performance custom engine/transmission wiring harness with 4 foot extension to located the computer underneath the drivers seat. Under the rear of the car you will find the Rock Valley custom stainless steel gas tank with internal fuel pump and baffling for fuel injection.
The interior is complete in a custom Beige and Brown leather with tuck and roll inserts that look great. The upholstery work is in great shape and dresses up the inside nicely. The dash has a similar layout to the original but has been upgraded with electronic Autometer gauges installed in a Covan's Classic bezel. The trunk of the car is finished out with Brown carpet and houses the spare with cover.
If a 74 Nova is what you are after then you are going to have a tough time finding one nicer and more solid than this one.
