Beautiful perfect driver. 264-cid, 143-hp V-8 engine. Two speed Dynaflow automatic transmission. Four wheel hydraulic drum brakes. I have had this car for 5 years & always a joy driving it to event/shows. Chrome is in good condition, it could use some polish in areas around front grill & door windows, however chrome is still a 7 out of 10. All the glass is in great shape, windows open & close as should. Interior is great. It is missing the passenger side seat trim piece. Hardly noticeable but it is missing. Drivers vent window is a little tight to open/close, I have just kept it closed. Original style black rims go with the car. You can not drive this car without people stopping to look at it.

Hardtops were all the rage in the 1950s, with designers topping big cars with stylish pillarless rooflines that looked both graceful and sporty.
I had owned a 1956 Buick Special when I was sophomore in college.
On the eve of the 73rd anniversary of Pearl Harbor, one special survivor will roll onto the collector-car auction block looking as fresh as it did on the “date which will live in infamy.”
It’s 2020 and I have been invited to judge yet another car show. It is something I love doing as it exposes me to cherry cars and commensuration with like-minded friends. However as mentioned, this is 2020. The global pandemic of COVID-19 has given cancel culture the upper hand on just about every aspect of […]
By 1951, when Jaguar introduced the art-deco teardrop lines of the XK120 Fixed Head Coupe, they already had impacted the motoring world with the XK120 roadster that proved to be the fastest production car in the world. The 120 in the name referred to its top speed of 120 mph. Clark Gable famously took delivery […]
Mika Hakkinen, with his two Formula One Driver’s World Championships is undoubtedly a key personality in the long storied legacy at McLaren. His Championships were now 20 years ago, but he is still an ambassador for the legendary Milton Keynes race and road car builder. At the Rolex Reunion at Laguna Seca in 2019, during […]
