Mechanical Specs

Our custom 1986 Chevy truck is powered by a 454 cubic inch Chevrolet Crate Motor with its chrome open element air cleaner, black and aluminum finned Chevrolet valve covers with the 454 emblem, a 3-speed automatic transmission, air suspension, power front disc brakes, power steering and air conditioning.

The factory cast iron exhaust manifold take the spent gasses out thru a Flowmaster dual exhaust system that gives a throaty sound as it exits the twin chrome exhaust tips underneath the bumper. Of course, the engine compartment is clean, painted, and detailed like any show truck you might see.

The whole restoration was performed less than 3000 miles ago and it looks like a brand-new truck with the Harley-Davidson theme with Burnt Orange and metallic gold paint and rides on True-Spoke wire spoke rims and BF Goodrich Long Trail TA Radial tires for a great ride.

Interior
Inside our C10 Custom is a black leather split bench up front that provides comfortable bucket-style seating and has a center armrest that flips up or down.

The door panels, dash, and new carpeting are all black too with a dash that surrounds you with the factory full gauge package, cruise control, and a custom AM/FM/CD stereo. The tilt Chevrolet sport steering wheel and Soft-Ray tinted glass are great options.

As we stated earlier, there are only about 3000 miles since restoration on the Orange Mist Metallic and Metallic Copper two-tone paint job, and it looks like it. It is amazing and has a cream-colored pinstripe between the two metallic paints.

The sheet metal is spot on as is the chrome front and rear bumpers, mirrors, grille, glass, and the long bed with a black spray-in bedliner to haul cargo in.

If you look underneath, this truck looks just as good as every nut and bolt has received attention.
