This is a three window steel body 1934 Chevy that has been restored. Our father bought this car when he was a senior in high school in 1942 from his best friend. Our parents dated in this car, and then drove it for a few years before starting a family. Then Dad dutifully stored the car away with the idea that someday he would restore it. In 1999, nearly 50 years later, Mom talked him into tackling this project. It took them nearly two years to rebuild the engine and mechanical parts of the car, and then to restore the body and interior. We have the written info and pictures that explain what was done in the process.
The end result has brought tremendous joy to our families as it was driven in various parades. When Dad passed away, we loaned it to the Montana Auto Museum where it has been on display and enjoyed by thousands through the past 10-12 years. The four sisters have decided it is time to move on and sell their car.
We have priced the car to take into account some fairly minor issues with the paint job. We have the description of what all was done to the car in the restoration and the mechanic who did the job is available to answer any questions you may have. Please let us know if you have any questions, and we will try and answer them. Thank you for your interest.
