1972 CHEVROLET C-10 FLEETSIDE SHOW PICKUP
Brand new full ‘resto’ frame-off fantastic restoration, completed for the collector who demands quality for a ‘modern’ classic pickup and wants to enjoy driving a ‘modern’ classic vehicle, many hours of top engineering were accomplished in this build, here is simply a fantastic striking presentation in the Raven Black basecoat clearcoat paint with amazing luster, the suspension is setup with new upper and lower control arms that are narrowed for the front tire inset, the rear wheels set inside the rear bed sides with the specially ordered offset on the large wheels for a very clean look, the truck is lowered 5” in the front and 7” in the rear, sits great and the lower stance adds to the excellent handling, it is equipped with the redone 5.3 liter LS GM engine, set up for a period ‘stock’ show look, see the finned valve covers, very clean engine bay, the body is simply wonderful with only the original cab being saved and all new GM sheet metal from LMS was used, then said metal was custom fit by a high end body and restoration shop well known to writer to insure better than factory fit on the all steel presentation, said build included the new bed with Raptor floor, has the sides had fitted closer in for very clean look, the new specially fitted tailgate has a perfect fit, the hand painted ‘Chevrolet’ white lettering inside the letters on said rear tailgate that is built with the hidden center bed opener for a very clean look, this amazing pickup has been built by top professionals to drive as well as it looks with great uprated great suspension, has a rebuilt 12 bolt positraction rear end with Richmond gears and Auburn locker, power to the ground to the wheels that are expensive 20” American Racing Alloys with low profile Nitto radial blackwall tires, the windshield is a new tinted unit with proper seals, all of this work completed with the goal for outstanding driving with great handling to go to a show, up into the mountains, go to your favorite restaurant to park in front or put your golf clubs in the back and go to your club, only 400 testing miles are just completed to insure that the operations and the mechanicals are as good as the final gorgeous cosmetics completed by Fraser Dante, REDUCED, See www.fraserdante.com for further information and full inventory
