*** LOCATED IN CONNECTICUT *** JUST IN FOR SALE FRAME OFF RESTORATION !! 1965 PONTIAC GTO (Documented PHS GTO ) 389 NOM TRI-POWER 4 SPEED WITH COLD AIR !!?? Power Steering Power Disc brakes More details: DRIVETRAIN: 1. Correct 389 Tri-power Engine 360 HP completely rebuilt with stainless steel valves Balanced as a unit with correct tri-power ported and polished heads, Engine # 315020 WS 2. Correct 1965 Rochester Tri-power set-up, with Front Carb # 7024178, Center # 7025175, and Rear # 7025179 All carbs are rebuilt and runs great. 3. 1965 Muncie M-21 4-Speed Transmission # 3857584 with 220 first gear Correct for the car, but P9R3CP is not correct date code. The shifter is an original 1965 Hurst shifter rebuilt. New Clutch, pressure plate and throughout bearing 4. Rear end has a 10 bolt original Pozzi unit, We replaced the unit original 3:23 gears with new Pozzi unit and 3:55 works well with the close ratio Transmission. 5. The Exhaust system Is "PYPES Performance Exhaust" 2-1/2" Stainless Steel throughout including PYPES Mufflers, and correct looking Splitters for the 2-1/2" Tail pipes. INTERIOR: 1. The dash is black base coat clear coat with the original Dash Pad. 2. Radio is original AM Radio Converted to Solid State FM by My Mike Hagan Antique Auto, which also has RAC inputs for CD or XM and MP-3 output capability. 3. The original Console has been re-chromed and painted and has new lock installed 4. Original Bucket Seats are re done with original Parchment Color. The only thing in the interion that is not correct is the top of the doors are painted body color, which look great. 5. Added the Rally Gauge Conversion Kit, while doing that put the odometer back to 000 It now has 1,200 miles on it since the restoration. I had a problem with the transmission driven gear and cable, so I did put on an additional 500 or so miles on the car. 6. Installed new ignition switch, Light Switch, and installed original black front seat belts. 7. New Silvertown Radial Red line Tires P-215-70 R-14 on original 14" powder coated Rally 0ne rims with original centers and trim rings. EXTERIOR: 1. All of the aluminum trim around the side windows was originally anodized, for the same price I had it chrome plated, not original, but looks great, and will last a long time. 2. Had all of the other original Stainless Steel chrome buffed. 3. All new tinted glass, and any chrome was all newly chrome plated 4. Paint is Base Coat Clear Coat, Iris Mist.
