For Sale: 1973 Dodge Challenger in Clearwater, Florida

Vehicle Description

1973 Dodge Challenger

Car History

One of Dodge's muscle car legends was the Dodge Challenger. With a low total production, as well as low survivability over the years, any Challenger is worth a substantial amount of money.

The 1973 Dodge Challenger we have at Adventure Classics is one of those legends that you can drive and it will just keep its value increasing over the upcoming years.

Engine & Drivetrain

The engine compartment holds the potent 340 cubic inch engine dressed in black finned valve covers and factory black air cleaner with correct factory decal, correct blue paint on the engine and intake, four barrel carb, high performance spark plug wires, and all the correct belts, hoses, decals, and accessories.

It is nicely painted, clean, and detailed and is backed by an automatic transmission, dual exhaust system with a pair of twin exhaust tips on each side that exits underneath the rear bumper, and rides on the factory Rallye Wheels with BF Goodrich Radial TA tires too.

Interior

Our 1973 Challenger a great interior with correct black twin front bucket seats with the matching rear seat, wood grain accents on the dash, factory Rallye Gauge package, center console, black carpet, sport steering wheel, floor mats and even an AM/FM 8 Track Tape Player!

Exterior

The red paint on our Challenger has a great gloss on its nice sheet metal and good body lines. The Challenger's iconic aggressive look is brought out by the blacked-out grille, hood scoops on the blacked-out hood, blacked-out rear panel, large rear spoiler, and black vinyl top.

Earlier model bumpers have been installed without the bumper guards that were normally found on the stock 1973 Dodge Challenger make them a more form-fitting set of chrome bumpers.

Conclusion

The Challenger was described in a book about 1960s American cars as Dodge's answer to the Mustang and Camaro.

The 1973 Dodge Challenger we have at Adventure Classics with its longer wheelbase, larger dimensions and more luxurious interior, the 340 engine, and the gorgeous color combination of red with black interior and vinyl top is a home run for you to buy.
