This 1987 Chevrolet K10 is a 4x4 with a fuel-injected crate V8,
work-ready features, overdrive transmission, and an updated
interior. So take a look at a well-priced pickup that's ready for
work AND play.
These short bed versions of these K10s are really in demand. After
all, the taller 4x4 stance goes with the well-creased upright
styling to deliver the strong stance of a bull dog. But there's
more here than just a beefy-looking pickup. The factory-correct
gray and black two-tone has been given a quality respray, and we
love how the Silverado's premium trim is used for a dividing line.
Plus, the metallic element in both colors gives the whole truck a
nice shine of sophistication. You'll find upgrades like the side
steps and window rain guards everyday useful. Plus, this has some
additions to keep this Chevy working hard. The sides of the bed
have a diamond plate protector, and the inside is coated with liner
paint. Plus, the trailer hitch is there for big jobs or just to tow
the toys.
Inside is a feature-filled pickup with the right mix of originality
and upgrades. The two-tone bench seat has a cool look and plush
feel you don't get in many classic trucks. There's a newer dash pad
for a clean appearance, and the steering wheel is on a tilt column
so you get a commanding view of the driver-oriented dash. In fact,
it's just a short reach to some nice upgrades. The air conditioning
has been converted to R134a (it will need a recharge,) and you can
choose the ideal driving music with the AM/FM/CD stereo with an aux
input and upgraded speakers.
This one looks quite stock under the hood, but it's actually
carrying the secret of a fresher crate motor. This 350 cubic-inch
V8 has the advantage of fuel-injection. So you get a powerhouse
that fires up readily and runs strong. When you combine that with
the two-speed 4x4 transfer case, lifted suspension, and BF Goodrich
All-Terrain T/A tires, you have a true go-anywhere machine. But
this pickup is also made to be nice on the road, too. You have
highway friendly features, like cruise control and a four-speed
automatic transmission with overdrive. It also has power steering
and power brakes with discs up front.
When you combine the shining two-tone, fuel-injected usability, and
4x4 utility, you know this is the truck you want to do it all. Call
