Vehicle Description
INVENTORY REDUCTION PRICE REDUCED You are looking at a Gorgeous
1963 Mercedes Benz 230SL convertible with both hard and soft top.
This beauty spent much of its life in Central California. Many DMV
records to prove that. It came to South Carolina in 2014 and has
been garage kept here since then. It is powered by the original 6
cylinder 2.3 ltr single overhead cam engine with original Bosch
Fuel Injection and a manual 4 speed transmission. It comes with a
folder almost 2 inches thick of everything that has been done to it
for the last 30 or more years. Records show that it had the engine
rebuilt about 800 miles ago. A new clutch new radiator complete
leather interior (even comes with an extra half hide of leather) a
new headliner in the hardtop and a new German convertible top. The
trans was rebuilt new shocks new ball joints new sway bar rubber
bushing new tie rod ends new mufflers and a complete new brake
overhaul with new rotors on the front. It steers easy with power
steering and stops quickly with power front disc brakes. An alarm
system was also installed. There are a lot of extra parts in the
trunk. With the hardtop off and the Stay Fast Cloth soft top up it
has the classic convertible appearance. With the removable hardtop
in place it has the appearance of a regular hardtop coupe. While
driving in the car you are setting on with very nice red bucket
seats. While in storage you can cover it up with the fitted car
cover that is included. And to top it off the trunk is full of
spare parts. The odometer is showing only 52103 miles however the
title shows mileage exempt which is the way it will be sold. This
is a fantastic looking and great driving vintage sports Mercedes
with an average value of $63000. As it sits right now you can own
this classic for only $42500 (REDUCED DOWN FROM $47500) which I
feel is very fair for a vehicle like this one with the potential
that this vehicle has. We offer a 90 day lay away on many of our
