This 1964 Impala SS is a beast! The timeless styling of the '64
Impala has been combined with a big block Chevy V8 that has been
stroked out to a massive 482C.I.! Topping off that jaw-dropping
power plant are dual four-barrel Weber carburetors atop an aluminum
intake, finned aluminum Offenhauser valve covers, forged
crankshaft, an ISKY camshaft and an electric exhaust cutout that
makes it roar like nothing else on the road. Power is driven to the
rear axle via a 4-speed manual transmission with a Hurst
Competition Plus shifter. Speaking of wheels, this Impala sits on a
set of Chevy Rally wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich Radial T/As that
make this classic Chevy look ready to rumble. The interior features
front bucket seats and a center console and is covered in a mix of
vinyl and cloth to ensure year-round comfort. The exterior is
finished in Tuxedo Black and is nicely accented by glittering
chromework. This is a one-of-a-kind Impala that's sure to get lots
of attention, especially when you open those exhaust cutouts!
