Vehicle Description
Talk about Rare and Super Sharp! Look at this 1969 RS Z/28 Camaro.
Yes, it's the REAL DEAL! YES, it Correct Numbers Matching Engine
and Transmission. Yes, it has been Certified By the Best, Mr.
Camaro himself, Jerry MacNeish. Some people say that the Fathom
Green RS Z/28 is the Prettiest Camaro Ever Built! All I know is
that the Green Color with the White Stripes and the Houndstooth
seats, sure makes for one Beautiful Camaro. This Engine the
Original DZ 302 was just totally gone thru. It might have 2 hours
of run time on it. It sounds awesome, and runs Strong! It is
correct, right down to the DZ Off Road Solid Cam, and to the
Correct DZ 302 Carburetor, (which is stamped DZ). The correct
Intake, Pistons, and Crank were also used in the Engine Re-build.
Even the Manifolds and Chambered Exhaust are Correct, and Sound
Awesome. Notice the Cowl Induction Hood? Yes, it has the correct
flapper in the Hood, and Yes, it works perfect! The hood seals to
the Breather, and when pushed to full Throttle, the Cowl Flapper
opens and lets fresh Air into the Engine. The Engine stamp reads
V1219DZ and 19N575944 which is Correct. The Muncie Transmission
reads: 19N575944 P8K11B, which is Correct. It also has the Correct
Deep Grove Pulleys. This car has the Correct Tach, Console with
Gauges, and Correct, Front and Rear Bumper Guards. It also has the
GM 12 Bolt Multi-Leaf Rear End. (373 Ratio) It even sits on Correct
7 inch Rally Wheels with B. F. Goodrich Tires. This is one of the
Straightest and Solidest Bodies that I have ever seen or owned. The
Doors open with ease, and the Windows roll up and down so easy.
This Camaro has correct Power Steering, and Correct Power Front
Disc Brakes. The only thing that is not original on this Z/28
Camaro, is the Last Owner, and Restorer, put the Electric Headlight
Motors on the headlights, so that they would open up Fast, and they
work Perfect. If you notice, the Interior has Deluxe Door Panels,
and Houndstooth Seats, (which I Love). Some things are Better
updated a Little, just like the Radial Tires vs the Bias Ply Tires.
No Contest! Radials are much Better! This is the Cream Of the Crop
when it comes to 1969 Camaro's. It just doesn't get any Better! A
1969 RS Z/28 Camaro, is a Must for any GM Lover, or Classic Car
Collector. What is this Camaro Worth? Well, the last owner Wanted
North of $100K for it. It would probably do that at any Barrett
Jackson, or Mecum Auction. HOWEVER, I will sell this RS Z/28 Camaro
for way less than you can find one and Restore it. Look at the
pictures. Look at the numbers on the engine and Transmission. Look
at Who CERTIFIED this Camaro! Look at the Video's! Yes, Certified
By, The man himself, Jerry MacNeish.... This is For Sure, THE REAL
DEAL. Fly in and Look at this Camaro for yourself. SEND your
inspector. Come here and Drive this Car Home, it's READY To Go and
Show! Do what you want, but I promise that if any other Dealership
had this Camaro, it would be priced much, much More! I might
consider a Trade on this Car. This classic Z28 is located in
Hixson, TN just 15 mins north of Chattanooga and its airport.
