Please visit www.Survivor-Cars.com for additional photos,
information and a video. Buick might not be the first name that
comes to mind when you think of muscle cars. But, this 1969 Buick
GS Stage 1 will certainly change that! With a freshly rebuilt 455,
with only 20 miles since the rebuilt was completed, this GS is
ready to give years of enjoyment to the next owner. The engine is a
455 from a 1970 GSX! The engine is backed by a factory Stage 1
automatic transmission that has also been rebuilt not too long ago.
The interior is original except for the headliner and is in
phenomenal condition! Factory A/C (needs charge), power steering
and power front disc brakes make this car a dream to drive. The
tires have less than 1,000 miles on them and the front end was
completely rebuilt including upper and lower bushings. The
beautiful red metallic paint is topped off with a black vinyl roof
which ties in nicely to the rally wheels. Bucket seats and a center
console with horseshoe shifter are pure muscle car, and an
aftermarket Drag-N tachometer reminds you this baby is built for
speed! This car comes with receipts for the work that has been
performed, which is always nice to have. Only 1,256 Buick GS Stage
1 hardtops were made in 1969, making this a collectible piece that
should be a solid investment. Only 832 came with the automatic
transmission. With the fresh engine rebuild this car will need to
be babied for about 500 miles and then have the oil changed from
the break in oil, to regular oil. This vehicle is eligible for an
extended service contract through Classic Vehicle Protection. Click
