We have a 1974 Green modified Dodge Dart Swinger here at Skyway Classics that has plenty of power, great paint and interior, and has even been Signed by many time NHRA World Champion Drag Racer Don Garlits.

Mechanical

This car has been upgraded with power and drivability in mind. It all starts with the engine, in this Dart it has a 340 cubic inch small block Mopar engine that has been modified to over 400 horsepower and 450 ft. lbs of torque. It sounds great and has lots of power with the addition of upgrades like the Holley Fuel Pump, Ceramic coated headers, cut outs and turn downs, Holley 750 carb, aluminum radiator with 3300 CFM cooling fan, and MSD distributors and plug wires, and matching finned Edelbrock air cleaner and valve covers.

The suspension has mods including Hotchkiss adjustable strut rods, tubular upper control rod, Fox performance shocks, and a Borgeson steering gear box.

The transmission is a 3-speed automatic that shifts nice and firm with its B&M tranny cooler, TCI 2400 stall converter, and flywheel. It stops as good as it goes with power disk brakes up front and power steering. It even has working Air Conditioning with a Sanden compressor.

Interior

The interior appears to be in good condition. She is done in a nice green that really gives the car some character. Both bench seats are in great condition, as are the doors and the floors.

It has the factory gauges and a complete set of accessory aftermarket Auto Meter gauges to monitor all the engine functions, a green factory steering wheel, and the original Chrysler Solid State Radio still in place.

Exterior

The exterior paint is also done in green and is in nice condition. It has a white Stinger stripe around the rear section of the Dart. great trim and emblems, plus a Dodge Super Bee 440 6-Pack type of air scoop on the hood that makes for a sinister look.

It is even signed in the engine compartment by many time NHRA World Champion Drag Racer Don Garlits.

Our Swinger rides on factory styled grey steel wheels with chrome trim rings and center caps shod with BF Goodrich Radial TA tires.
