Vehicle Description
The 2004 Chevrolet SSR is already a very distinctive
car/truck/convertible, but this low-mileage example takes it a step
further. It's a loaded V8 machine like the rest of its siblings,
but as you dig deeper, you'll also discover some nice upgrades to
make it more distinctive and useful.
The SSR has the look of an instant classic, because it was inspired
by one of the most iconic Chevys ever. But while the design is
rooted in the post-war pickups, it also is an exceptionally sleek
machine. That's especially true in a low mileage example (averaging
less than 1,100 miles annually) that was also kept with exceptional
care. There was even a clear bra put on the front to minimize stone
chips. So when you have one that's this sporty and sleek, it
deserves the cool upgrade to the SS-style stripes from Chevy's
muscle car era. It's such a well-done look that the stripes are
even on folding hardtop. Polished wheels, full running boards, and
the large dual exhaust tips keep this looking sporty. But there's
also genuine truck-like utility that comes from the huge carpeted
bed that has a secure top like a trunk. Plus, there nice upgrades
for both style and function. It includes the distinct grille and a
trailer hitch that comes with the sale.
The way the hardtop neatly folds into its own compact storage well
will be the kind of thing that will wow crowds for generations to
come. So this will always have a space at car shows. The black
interior means this one was born an all-black machine, which is
another desirable feature for the collectors out there. And with
such little mileage, this one remains looking fantastic. A modern
luxury convertible also means plenty of modern luxury conveniences.
It starts with the leather interior that includes power and heated
bucket seats for the driver and passenger. There's also power
windows, power locks, keyless entry/alarm, and an AM/FM stereo with
built-in CD changer. It's also upgraded with a front and rear
camera that projects in the rear-view mirror (it's especially handy
for parking.) And ice-cold air conditioning means you get to enjoy
top-down fun even in the summertime. But modern features don't just
mean adding technology; it also means superior safety. This
includes dual front airbags, side airbags, and anti-lock
brakes.
The engine bay looks as fresh and clean as the rest of the vehicle.
This is Chevrolet's 5.3-liter fuel-injected V8. It was rated at 300
horsepower right from the factory, and so you get a package that's
clean, stock, and quite powerful. It fires up easily and runs
smoothly, like a low-mileage modern machine should. The four-speed
automatic transmission provides a nice balance with quick
kick-downs for performance and easy overdrive cruising. Plus, power
steering, four-wheel disc brakes, and modern sport tires come
together to deliver the kind of vehicle that you'll want to drive
every day.
Here's an awesome all-black instant classic with low miles and
great upgrades. This really is the total package, and if you hurry,
it can all be yours. Call today!!!
