Nomad Post - Updated 5/10/2021 -
The original two speed Powerglide transmission was completely rebuilt and it has a freshly rebuilt carburetor from SoutheastChevyParts.com
So here it is... clean title, tagged and driving in Mississippi!
You are looking at a hard to find, restored to original condition, 57 Nomad in Matador Red!
I purchased this car from a private owner selling off his collection. Here’s what he had to say about the car:
“We took this car in on a trade and the previous owner told us he spent over $50 Grand on the restoration and it shows! She has a brand new base coat clear coat Matador Red paint over a rust free, straight body. All new weather stripping etc. Her 283 motor was pulled and renewed. Over $10k in chrome. The interior was replaced and stunning! She runs and drives like a 1957 Nomad should, with no known issues.”
This is a beautiful car and you’ll be hard pressed to find one anywhere in the US in this condition, at this price.
I’m asking $55,000 OBO in cash, certified bank check or wire transfer.
I’ve had some “committed” buyers back out due to not being able to secure funding or other unknown reasons.
Please save us all some time, if you don’t have the cash or are not seriously interested in buying at this time, please do not respond. All good!
The car may be seen in Madison MS. I can FaceTime or send you a video so you can get a good look at the car. I will also work with your auto transport carrier to ship it to you.
Please fill out the contact seller box with any questions.
