This is a car for the manliest of men. Your chest hair will thicken
and your testosterone will increase just by standing in it's
presence. It's rumored that whoever dares to drive this beat will
ascend to a new level of Alpha - a demigod - amongst the company of
Hercules and Chuck Norris. Only 3 men have ever driven this car.
When the drive was over, their mustaches had grown into a lush,
bushy cookie duster. This may be the car for you.... if you can
handle it. This 1971 Mustang Mach 1 is a Texas car with what is
believed to be 26,000 original miles. In 2014 this car had a
complete rotisserie restoration, which included a long list of
improvements and aftermarket equipment to turn it into the
ProStreet drag car it is today. A full list of the build can be
found at the bottom of this description. And the answer to big
question you're thinking is no, this car was not taken to the track
while under it's current owner. The wear and tear on this vehicle
is also minimal, suggesting it has not been driven very hard ever.
Mechanically, this car is in very good condition. With 700hp, this
car really pulls and sounds amazing. Shifts are harsh, but
intentionally so due to the B&M Shifter. This car has hardly
been driven since it's restoration. The only things we noticed on
it, mechanically speaking, were the removal of the windshield
wipers and stock tachometer works intermittently (the aftermarket
tach works fine). Cosmetically, this car looks quite nice, even up
close. The bright red (3) paint looks great, with lots of depth.
The interior, by and large, is also very good. We've done our best
to capture the blemishes on the exterior and interior throughout
the photos. There are signs of wear / age/ minor cosmetic
imperfections throughout. This is a terrific car to drive and enjoy
and would be welcome at most local and regional shows and events.
Our take on this Mustang is simple and accepting of what it is; a
very cool, strong running prostreet muscle car. The dyno sheet (we
have a copy) is impressive, and this car is a blast to drive. Our
inspection has deemed it to be in very good condition and it's
ready to be enjoyed. Build Details: - BDS 671 Blower - 427/700 hp
