Vehicle Description
This 1995 Ford F-150 XLT is a loaded and low-mileage pickup that
takes a ton of originality and mixes in all the right upgrades. So
you'll love the fuel-injected V8 power, slick paint, A/C interior,
classic looks, and so much more.
The factory-correct Electric Current Red Metallic is a terrific
color that has deep tones of sophistication and a ton of radiant
shine. It draws in plenty of attention, which is exactly what you
want on such a well-preserved pickup. After all, many of these were
used for the long haul, but this one has averaged less than 1,500
miles annually. The dealer tag that's still on the tailgate
suggests this is a local boy that was sold new only about an hour
from our dealership. As a premium XLT, this has a nice shine on the
grille, side mirrors, and chrome bumpers. It goes nicely with those
polished 17-inch American Racing wheels that strike a cool balance
between racer and 18-wheeler semi. That's not the only tasteful
upgrade on this truck. The folding tonneau cover protects a bed
that looks almost brand new. There was long-term ownership in this
truck, and overall, it has an awesomely clean look that really
signals a well-respected machine.
The premium red presentation continues on the inside. Low miles
mean little seat time, and the exceptionally fresh presentation is
another reminder of the respect this truck has received from day
one. This was the era that really began pickups wanting to be quite
comfortable, and you see that especially here. The front bench can
sit three across, but the fold-down armrest and wide side headrests
give individual comfort when it's just two. You and you passenger
even have electronic adjustable back bolstering for true comfort.
There are a ton more great features, like cold-blowing air
conditioning, power windows, power locks, the factory
AM/FM/cassette stereo, and an air bag steering wheel mounted on a
tilt column.
The stock presentation continues under the hood. Ford's famous
5.0-liter V8 is a terrific powerhouse to have, especially with
modern fuel injection. The way this fresh presentation look, right
down to the decals, makes it hard to believe that this is anything
by the full original package. It fires up easily and runs smoothly
like a well-respected truck loves to do. While the mileage is low,
this one really has the long-haul comfort down with features like a
four-speed automatic transmission w/overdrive, cruise control, and
even dual fuel tanks. Add in power steering and power brakes with
discs up front, and it's time to hit the road.
We love time capsule trucks, and it's even more impressive here,
because you just don't see it too often in a pickup that has passed
the quarter-century mark. So if you're looking for an awesome
vintage F-Series that leaves you wanting for nothing, call now!
