Chevrolet is no secret on building fast and powerful vehicles that
provide a ton of muscle for little money. The SSR is one that is
destined to be a future collectible. The car debuted at the Detroit
auto show in 2000 and the reaction was immediate, customers running
into their local Chevy dealership to reserve their spot in line for
the concept that was soon to become a reality in 2003. GM
green-lighted the concept with a few modest changes to the concept,
but the biggest let down was the engine and transmission. Automatic
and a wimpy 5.3L V8 was the standard setup and turned the hot rod
concept into a utility machine.
We are happy to present to you this 2004 Chevy SSR with just under
27k miles. A very clean and well cared for retro pickup truck
convertible that is extremely nice. Vehicle was sold new out of
Peroria IL, and was nicely optioned with some extras that most did
not have. Draped in the Smokin Asphalt paint and complimented with
the black leather seats. This is the perfect color combo for this
vehicle. Nicely optioned from the factory with heated seats, full
power seats with driver memory, BOSE stereo, wood slats in the bed,
chrome tip dual exhaust, factory running boards, fog lights, side
airbags and chrome wheels.
Vehicle comes with factory keys and remotes, vehicle cover, clean
CarFax, and removable trailer hitch. These have been very sought
after over the years and so much fun to drive and experience. The
