This 1965 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu was the recipient of a
mechanical and cosmetic restoration which has transformed this car
into a very desirable combination of speed, drivability, and
comfort.
This 1965 Chevelle Malibu has gone through a powertrain upgrade
approximately 7 years ago consisting of a 383 cubic inch Stroker
motor producing 505 horsepower and 490 ft. lbs. torque @ 4100 rpm.
The power from the Stroker motor is transferred to a Turbo 400
three speed transmission which shifts smoothly and
effortlessly.
The interior was recently upgraded with two tone leather seating in
what appears to be the original color combination.
This Chevelle was repainted in a basecoat clearcoat Willow Green
Metallic at the same time as the motor upgrade. This Malibu has
travelled approximately 4000 miles since the mechanical upgrades
and the exterior repaint both present very nicely.
The odometer of this Chevelle Malibu is now showing 50,758 miles
which is believed to be the original miles on the vehicle according
to the consigner.
