THIS IS NO CLONE. The vehicle restoration was completed in April 2019. During the restoration every effort was made to preserve the original vehicle whist adding a few modern improvements.
VIN # matches the body VIN which matches the PHS #'s. When the restoration began the vehicle was missing the original motor and transmission. A new Active Engines performance built stroker 1973 Pontiac 400 mated to a turbo 350 transmission from Mr. T took their place.
Over 1200 hours of work went into the restoration and in excess of $37,000 in new parts. The new ride looks and runs great and has less than 40 hours of run time on it.
