NCRS Top Flight at a Chapter Meet, then earn a 97% or above at a
Regional or National event and then earn a Performance Verification
(PV) which is a Pass/Fail test of nearly every operation including
a road test of the car. Then the car has to earn another 97% or
above at a National Event.
