Vehicle Description
There's just something unmistakably cool about this 1965 Chevrolet
El Camino dressed in a metallic blue. But beyond the
attention-grabbing appearance, this one also has big block power,
an overdrive transmission, a custom A/C interior, adjustable air
ride suspension, and more. So look at all the details on a classic
that really has everything you want.
Not only is the blue beautiful, but when it's as glossy as this, it
brings added attention to the crisp angles that make up the iconic
first few years that established the Chevelle/El Camino as a
legend. There are great classic pieces, like the mirror-like chrome
bumpers, and they are merged with modern upgrades, like the 17-inch
Boyd Coddington alloys. And because the truck bed is part of what
makes the El Camino so distinct, they made sure to give this extra
flair. It's finished in the same vibrant metallic blue as the rest
of the car, and also the custom El Camino script rubber mat is a
nice added touch.
Open the door to a full custom interior. You get great
fundamentals, like new carpeting, a soft dash pad, and upgraded
bucket seats with plenty of comfy bolstering. Plus, there are a ton
of nice modern upgrades, like the power locks w/keyless entry fob,
LED lighting package, tinted windows, and cold-blowing R134a air
conditioning. There's even an Airlift Performance digital
controller and readout so you can dial in the ideal stance of the
air ride suspension. There's also all the right pieces for a
driver's classic. You have the vintage center console with floor
shifter, and an upgraded sports steering wheel on a polished tilt
column. And beyond that, the dash is dominated by crisp AutoMeter
Phantom gauges, including the large speedo and tach.
Under the hood, the custom color-matched smooth firewall really
funnels your attention to the big V8 in the middle. It looks nice
with the bold block accented by plenty of shine from the valve
covers, alternator, master cylinder, air topper, and more. But what
you'll really love about this setup is all the power. It's a 396
cubic-inch motor upgraded with a Holley four-barrel carburetor,
hi-rise intake, and headers that add power while delivering a sweet
sound to the Flowmaster dual exhaust. The undercarriage photos show
a clean build and plenty of upgrades. So not only do you have the
air ride, but also features, like the tubular rear arms with sway
bar. It's the kind of vehicle that's built for cruising, and the
upgrade to a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission w/overdrive
really reaffirms it. Plus, you have more great driving features,
like power steering and power brakes with discs up front.
Complete with maintenance records, this is a great-looking El
Camino that offers all the best upgrades in power and comfort. Call
