I have a 1966 Chrysler Newport for sale. Current mileage is 136,571
and is the actual mileage. The following is a list of repairs and
upgrades which I have the receipts for: -Transmission rebuild in
2012 at 127,631 miles ($1,537.63) -New gas tank installed 2012 -New
windshield washer reservoir installed 2012 -New distributor cap &
thermostat 2012 -Replaced driver and passenger motor mounts,
replaced oil pressure switch, replaced 7 feet of 2' exhaust pipe.
Work was done at Scott's Automotive in Encinitas ($538.40)
-Installed Edelbrock Thunder Series 1806 4 barrel 650 CFM
carburetor in 2017 -Lokar Hi-Tech Kickdown kit & throttle cable
installed 2017 - Cooper Cobra 225/70R14 tires installed 2016 and
have alot of tread left -New upgraded alternator installed 2017
-New Petronix Ignitor II solid-state Igniton system -New radiator
fan and hardware 2017 -New water pump 2016 -New valve cover gasket
2015 -Yakima surf racks 2015 This car runs and drives beautifully,
it could be a daily driver if you wanted. Everything works. The
odometer, gas gauge, lights and high beams, blinkers, heater,
interior dome light, door locks, trunk lock etc etc... With the 383
it gets up and goes for sure. The front & rear bench seats need to
be reupholstered but that can be done pretty cheaply south of the
border. It has the original am/fm stereo that is not hooked up to
any speakers at this time. I use my bluetooth speaker currently.
