This Chevrolet C-10 Short Bed Step-side was professionally restored
from the ground up! About the only thing on this scary fast truck
that remains from its original construction is the sheet metal,
frame, axles and a few other parts. Every nut, bolt, washer, wire
and part about this truck was either replaced, reconditioned,
painted or polished. It is powered by a 350CID/375HP high nickel
content short block with Vortec heads twisting into a smooth
shifting Turbo 400 3-speed automatic transmission and 12 bolt 3:08
rear. No rust or patch panels anywhere on this California truck.
This truck looks, runs and drives better than the day it was new.
An interesting fact of the truck was it was ordered with the "rare
options" of power steering, power brakes (drum) and A/C. The
original compressor was replace with the much more efficient
Vintage air system (134) but mounted in such a manner to use the
original duct workings. All glass and bright-work gleams like new.
The seller has invested tons of money into this beauty and would
certainly like to see some return on his investment. At $35.9K, it
would be a bargain to whomever is fortunate enough to be its new
owner. This truck is located in Paso Robles, CA (93446).
