BODY OVERVIEW: The body on this Jeep is incredible, showing very
minimal signs of use. When this vehicle was restored, someone
clearly took their time making it look as good as possible. It is
super clean up top and underneath!
PAINT CONDITION OVERVIEW: The paint is in great overall
condition.There are very few paint imperfections, and the few that
are visible are normal signs of use rather than signs of
mistreatment. The paint has a brilliant shine, lots of depth, and
this Jeep looks classic & fantastic in this color combination.
INTERIOR CONDITION OVERVIEW: The black interior is in great shape,
and the Bestop seats are both a welcome and an attractive upgrade.
There is no doubt that this Jeep has been treated right! A locking
center console complete with cup holders as well as rear speaker
boxes with integrated cup holders and an under-dash speaker box
complete the look and give this Jeep just the right amount of
amenities.
MECHANICAL OVERVIEW: Under the hood is an AMC 258 (4.2L) inline six
cylinder. This legendary AMC powerplant spawned the more widely
known 4.0L Jeep engine, and is one of the most desirable power
choices for a CJ. This Jeep fires right up, and sounds fantastic
through the Flowmaster muffler. It drives straight, steers tightly,
and the engine simply purrs.
The lift and various other components including the steel-braided
brake lines are all premium quality parts from Rubicon Express. The
front end was recently rebuilt, and this puppy drives incredibly
smoothly. This is the best driving CJ we have seen in a long
time!
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THIS CAR: Modifications are at a minimum,
and it retains that classic 1980s Jeep look...which for the most
part is the same as that classic late 1970s Jeep look.
WHAT YOU MIGHT HATE ABOUT THIS CAR: Lifted Jeeps aren't everyone's
cup of tea, but this thing drives great! Nonetheless, if you
dislike climbing into vehicles, this is probably not for you.
DOES IT NEED ANYTHING? The horn doesn't work, but other than that
it is absolutely turn-key and ready to hit the road (or the trails,
if you're brave enough to take a Jeep this nice there!)
WHAT BUYER IS LOOKING FOR THIS CAR? This Jeep is for the buyer
looking for a road-ready Jeep they can drive and enjoy the same day
they buy it. If you're looking for a Jeep that drives well enough
