Vehicle Description
This 1983 Jeep Scrambler is a very unique and extremely well built
vehicle. It is a life-long Pacific NW Jeep so it has been rust free
it's whole life. This Jeep was built by the previous owner who is a
jeep fanatic and his attention to detail and the quality on this
build is second to none. Every detail was very well thought out and
executed. This rig was built to be a daily driver and reliable, but
also is able to take off road. This was a Total frame off custom
build that took years to complete. Every aspect of this jeep is
new, rebuilt, or completely custom with only the best parts.
The Body on this scrambler is as nice as they come. I found no
evidence of any rust or rust repair ever. It spent its life in
central Oregon. Most of the paint is original and it show well. It
has a great patina look. The color is Copper Brown Iridium. Still
has original scrambler decals on the hood. The underside is also
very clean and the frame was powder coated when the body was taken
off. It has rear fender flares by metal cloak. Front fenders are
also metal cloak with custom alum. inner fender wells. Front winch
bumper with winch. Custom rear bumper with spare tire carrier and
LED lights.
The interior is Totally custom. It has a full custom roll cage that
that is beautifully done and has been powder coated. When the Jeep
was taken apart the tub was lined. The Front leather buckets are
mounted directly to cage and flip forward. Rear seat is a fold and
tumble. It has a totally custom center console with a couple of
lockable compartments. Dash is totally custom and part of the cage
with full custom gauges. It has a nice stereo with navigation. It
also has Vintage heat and A/C. The A/C was never used and charged.
Everything single thing on this Scrambler works.
Mechanically this Jeep is exceptional. It truly runs and drives
better than any jeep we have driven. Everything was either new or
rebuilt at time of build. which was done approx 10,000 miles
ago.
