Why This Car Is Special
We have a tremendous luxury 1976 white Cadillac Fleetwood with a
black Convertible here at Skyway Classics. It is a really great
Cadillac as it only has a tad over 54,000 miles.
Mechanical
The Fleetwood has a huge 500 cubic inch V8 engine with a
compression ratio of 8.5 to 1 and SAE horsepower over 190 @ 3600
rpm. It is painted correctly and all original with its blue valve
covers, factory air cleaner, factory intake, exhaust manifolds,
Power Brakes, Power Steering, and all sitting in a clean, correctly
maintained, detailed engine bay, with the air conditioning
converted to A134 and maintained regularly.
The automatic transmission works great as does the chassis with its
air shocks, factory wheels with the correct Cadillac Logo chrome
wheel covers and thin whitewall tires.
Interior
Our Caddy is loaded with features and options including the great
white leather Interior that has a plush split power front bench
seat divided by the pull-down center arm rest and black plush
carpeting.
It has AM/FM Radio, Defrost, Heat, Power Locks, Power Seats, Power
Windows, Seatbelts, Tilt Wheel, Cruise Control, factory steering
wheel, fiber-optic lamp monitors, power trunk, full-sized spare,
original functioning Power Convertible Black Soft Top, and front
and back floor mats.
Yes, the steering wheel insert laminate is perfect and unretouched.
Many of this vintage have steering wheels warped due to insert
deterioration and no way to replace it.
Exterior
The Caddy has a great looking white paint job with great body
panels and fitment too. It loos both sleek and elegant either
sitting still or driving down the road.
1976 would be the final year for the traditional, full-sized luxury
Cadillac like the one we have here, as all rear drive models would
be smaller in 1977.
Conclusion
The 1976 Cadillac Fleetwood Convertible we have here at Skyway
Classics being the last model built back in that era, is and always
