The C3 generation of Corvette spanned from 1967 to 1982. While
these cars retained a pretty consistent look throughout the
generation we saw a big change which involved the phasing out of
chrome bumpers for lighter painted to match fiberglass pieces. This
79 Vette is pretty much all stock and offers the best of both
worlds being a coupe with removable t-tops to give you that
roadster feel should you want to remove them on good weather days.
The car is painted in Black and the body doesn't have any bad rust
issues. The flip up headlights work well and are a staple feature
on this vintage of Vette. It rides on it stock wheels wrapped with
Goodyear Wingfoot HP tires.

The car is powered by its stock 350 V8 motor that runs well. It is
topped with a Black air cleaner and chrome Chevrolet valve covers.
It is backed up by a 3 speed automatic that shifts through the
gears smoothly. It has its factory power disk brakes and power
steering which make it a nice comfortable driver. All of the
suspension, etc is stock and besides regular maintenance has no
major modifications.
The interior is complete in a Beige and Tan two tone that looks
good. Everything is original including all of the stock gauges,
knobs, switches, etc. The power window controls are mounted on the
center console and function correctly. It also has its stock push
button FM radio and AC system.
This is a pretty straight forward car that is being offered up for
a very affordable price.
