For Sale: 1974 Ford Bronco in Miami, Florida

Vehicle Description

This amazing Rocky Roads Bronco is a body-off engine-out restoration, crafted to a very high level by Rocky Roads for a local Beverly Hills client for whom we have done extensive restoration work for. It's now located in Florida. This Bronco is 100% rust-free and very straight. The owners wanted something with an original feel, while being slightly lifted with oversized tires, they still wanted it to sound tame' and they wanted to have a soft ride. We think we hit it right on the mark. It has a rebuilt factory 302 engine with a rebuilt fuel system with new 23 gallon main tank, new metal fuel lines running down the frame, a rebuilt carburetor, a completely new Centek electrical system, updated electronic ignition, and a dual quiet exhaust system routed out correctly behind the rear tires. It has a fully rebuilt C-4 automatic transmission with the factory shifter on the column, with a re-sealed Dana 20 transfer case and rebuilt drive shafts. It has rebuilt factory power steering and power disc brakes. The steering linkages are all heavy duty, and the alignment was recently done. We also installed a new steering damper. The Dana 44 front axle has been gone through, the rear axle is a Ford 9? has also been gone through, so nothing is needed there. Both axles have been blacked out. It has new 2.5? suspension lift with a new 1? body lift and newer Rancho 9000 nine-way adjustable shocks. All body bushings have been replaced with one-inch body bushings with all new grade 8 hardware. The front coil springs are variable rate coils, and the rear springs are 11 leafs which are the softest springs you can run on a Classic Ford Bronco. It has 15x10? American Eagle aluminum wheels with BFG 33x12.50x15 KM2 Mud Terrain tires, including a stock spare tire carrier with a matching spare wheel and tire. Everything on this Bronco has been gone through by Rocky Roads. The paint work cost in excess of $15,000.00 less than 2 years ago, there was hardly any body work at all, it was perfectly straight before the client brought it to us. The Bronco was stripped down to the bone and restored on a rotisserie. The door hinges were replaced with chrome lift-off hinges for perfect fitting doors, and the wing windows were meticulously restored. We installed a set of chrome step-up bars to make it easier for family members to get in and out of the Bronco. The door windows roll up and down like new, and all of the felts and channels have been replaced with new. We gave it all new Sport emblems, Bronco emblems on the side, and all new polished aluminum bezels surrounding all of the side lights. The body got all new aluminum Sport body trim, same goes with the grille. The chassis was sanded and prepped, then blacked out to a high level, all brake lines and both axles were totally gone through. There are HID head lights and new chrome headlamp rings plus all new lights and lenses in the front grille. The dash board was restored with a rebuilt speedometer, a new stock steering wheel, a rebuilt steering column, and the best bezels available. The heater system was rebuilt and works well on cold days. This amazing Bronco has gorgeous white RR Sport interior with restored factory seats with a matching rear seat, with a match-painted MBZ Silver interior bed paint, plus new snap-in carpet mats on the driver and passenger side floor pans (only). The roll cage is a family style 6 point cage, powder coated black with new roll cage padding and wrapping, plus a new black Safari top was added to protect family members in front and in back from the sun on hot days. It has retractable front and rear seat belts so everyone riding in it can feel safe when out on a weekend cruise. Both the front and the rear chrome bumpers were replaced with quality aftermarket bumpers, with all new stainless steel and grade 8 hardware. Matter of fact, all hardware on the entire build was replaced with new stainless steel and grade 8 hardware. This Bronco has two tops, a new black Safari top and a newer black soft top. It has a restored stock dash with a super clean stock steering wheel with a re-chromed early factory horn button. A Tuffy locking center console with an amazing Alpine sound system has been installed with a RR sub woofer under the rear seat, 2 Alpine PDX amplifiers, plus 6 component speakers throughout the interior paneling, this sound system rocks! Over $65K was spent with us on the restoration, after $40K was spent before it got to us. There is well over $120K invested now! This Bronco was featured in one of our YouTube videos...
