Vehicle Description
This is a 1964 AMC Ambassador 990 wagon with the swing out rear
door. It is still sporting the original paint and interior. It has
a beauty mark behind the rear tire on the driver's side and one on
the passenger side in the front of the rear tire. It also has a
mark inside the rear doors at the interior light button on both
sides. Someone asked the current owner what he was going to do
about them. He simply replied, 'She earned those marks and she
still looks sporty!' There is surface rust on the pan and none
inside the wheel wells. The rest of the car is rust free. The pan
is solid. You can see some of the original under coating from the
factory. The rear bumper has a little on the lower right end. There
is a minor scratch-dent on the passenger front door. Otherwise the
body is great. The bumpers maintain a really good shine. The grille
is in perfect condition. The roof rack chrome has no pitting and
shines up as it should. The roof line looks the same as the day she
was first sold. The door handles and mirrors shine like new. There
are no cracks in the glass and all windows function as they should.
The rear glass is a power window. It will go down a couple of
inches. Please Note The Following **Vehicle Location is at our
