This 1970 Dodge Challenger SE/RT is a survivor. It is in amazing
condition for its age and has an interesting history. This is not a
restored or rebuilt car. It has faded carpet, old paint, and some
patina with character of days gone by. It is 1 of 2522 1970
Challenger SE cars, 1 of 644 383 Magnum 4bbl Hi Perf with an
automatic transmission, and 1 of 394 SE cars in FC7 paint.
SE=special edition car. It has a small rear window, leather seats,
special edition trim package including overhead console which is
currently being reinstalled, headliner is bow type until one piece
is received ( previous owner installed a regular headliner),
correct original factory high impact FC7 Plum Crazy, numbers
matching 383 / 335 hp HP Magnum engine, '489' code 8 3/4 rear end
with 3.55 posi, and a chin spoiler. This was originally an
automatic California car owned by an employee of year one who
properly converted it to a 1973 4-speed using correct year one
restoration parts. This car also has 10' heavy duty brakes all 4
wheels at 80%, SE leather interior now vinyl, new correct gator
grain vinyl top, non Rally dash with rare map light and one year
only correct in dash factory clock, multi speed wipers, console
pistol grip Hurst shifter, 15' Rally wheels, no body rot, TA
exhaust and rear valance, multi leaf springs, correct one year only
AM 8 track radio (currently out being rebuilt), Mopar electronic
ignition, new Holley 750 cfm vac with electric choke, OE type 600
cfm Holley included with the car, new battery, correct HD 7 blade
fan, and working air shocks from 'the day'. This car runs and
drives excellent with no leaks or smoke. The engine is tight and
strong. The car was stored for years and the paint faded in
sections making it even more interesting! Please Note The Following
