information and a video. When was the last time you saw a 1955
Belvedere? This beautifully restored example looks great in
Turquoise and Cream paint. The wide white wall tires and Plymouth
hub caps give it a very 50s vibe. All of the chrome and stainless
was restored during the restoration while it was removed for the
vehicle to be painted. The interior is a blast from the past with
Turquoise vinyl and cloth bench seats with seat belts. These cars
had a style all their own with the shifter on the dash and
patterned cloth inserts on the seats and door panels. The interior
was also fully reupholstered during the restoration. Under the hood
is a 271 CID V8 that is mated to a 2-speed automatic PowerFlite
transmission. A/C has been added for those hot summer nights and
helps make this old Mopar a great cruiser! The engine and
transmission received full rebuilds during the restoration as well.
The current owner has had the vehicle 16 years and is only the
second owner. It has been lovingly cared for and really stands out
at a car show! You are very unlikely to run into another 1955
Belvedere anywhere you go. The Belvedere was the top of the line
Plymouth model in 1955 and was well equipped with extra chrome on
the exterior, deluxe steering wheels, armrests, and courtesy lights
as standard equipment. This example has the optional bumper guards,
radio, white walls and two-tone paint. This is a whole lot of car
for the money and is sure to bring a smile to the faces of you and
your lucky passengers. This vehicle is eligible for an extended
service contract through Classic Vehicle Protection. Click the
