With the exception of a repaint to a custom color, this 67 Malibu is a solid, original car inside and out. The interior appears to be all original including the door panels, seats, carpet and headliner. The odometer shows 58,000 miles which appear to be original, but not confirmed. Very presentable for a 43 year old car!
The body of the car is very solid including the floor boards, the trunk floors and rear quarter panels viewed from the trunk. The custom metallic bronze paint presents well overall, with some attention needed on the trunk lid. The chrome shines bright, the grill looks great and all stainless trim is present and in good condition.
Mechanically, the 283 V-8 runs good and the automatic transmission shifts smooth. The car is equipped with power steering.
Coming out of an estate with long-term ownership, limited information is available on the history of the car. This car is worthy of a close look.
